WASH & CARE

All our items are recommended hand wash with a gentle detergent and lay flat to dry.

 

SHIPPING

We will do our very best to fill your order as quickly as we can. Most orders are filled within 48 hours. If for any reason we can’t fill your order within 7 days we will contact you.  If you choose Priority shipping there may still be a handling period of up to 48 hours.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because our customers are so important to us, we have simplified the return and exchange process to make it easy for you as possible.

Please note that you can exchange the item without having to initiate a refund if you are planning on ordering a new hat.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FROM OTHER RETAILERS

We can only process returns and exchanges that were purchased directly from our website. For all other returns or exchanges, please refer to the policies of the retailers from which your purchase was made.

RETURNS

The Blueberry Hill will accept returns, and items must be postmarked for a return within 14 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. The product(s) must be in the original, unused condition with tags included. If items are returned in an unsellable condition (with stains, odors, animal hair, damage, etc.), or the item is returned after the 14-day deadline, the customer will no longer be eligible for a full refund. To initiate the return process simply email customerservice@theblueberryhill.com and use the subject “Return." Please include your order number and any relevant information about why you are returning the item. Once we receive an email from you, we will respond with additional information. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, and a shipping label will not be provided. Once the item has been received and upon inspection deemed to be in undamaged and unworn condition, the payment will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Gifted items may only be returned if an order number is provided. If there is no order number, items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

If there is no order number, items cannot be exchanged.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders cannot be marked as gifts and the actual value of the items cannot be undeclared. The recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. The Blueberry Hill assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges and has no control over such charges nor can we estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If the recipient declines to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of the order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States. Under these circumstances, we cannot consider requests for replacement shipments or refunds, including shipping fees.

SIZING

Many of our knit hats are made from a very stretchy 100% acrylic yarn. You will be surprised at the size range they can accommodate!

How do I know my head size?

If you don’t know your head size, grab a tape measure and measure the circumference of your head just above the ears and halfway up your forehead (i.e. where you would wear your hat). Do this 3 times and take an average reading. Use this measurement to determine your hat size according to the table below:

X-Small = 46 cm
Small = 50 cm
Medium =54 cm
Large= 58cm

 As most of our hats are hand-knit, there may be some variation in the measurements of the hats.
