RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because our customers are so important to us we have simplified the return and exchange process to make it easy for you as possible.

Please note that you can exchange the item without having to initiate a refund if you are planning on ordering a new hat.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FROM OTHER RETAILERS

We can only process returns and exchanges that were purchased directly from our website. For all other returns or exchanges please refer to the policies of the retailers from which your purchase was made.

RETURNS

The Blueberry Hill will accept returns and exchanges for up to 14 days after the purchase date. The product must be in the original, unused condition with tags included. To initiate the return process simply email customerservice@theblueberryhill.com and use the subject “Return”. Please include your order number and any relevant information about why you are returning the item. Once we receive an email from you, we will respond with additional information.

EXCHANGES

The Blueberry Hill will gladly exchange and item within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate an exchange simply email customerservice@theblueberryhill.com and use the subject “Exchange”. Please include your order number and any relevant information about why you are exchanging the item. Please also include the description of the item that you would like to exchange for including size and color. Once we receive an email from you, we will respond with additional information.
