SHIPPING

We will do our very best to fill your order as quickly as we can. Most orders are filled within 48 business hours. If for any reason we can’t fill your order within 7 days, we will contact you. If you choose Priority shipping there may still be a handling period of up to 48 business hours.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at The Blueberry Hill's discretion. Once packages are turned over to the USPS or UPS, the package ownership transfers to the buyer. The Blueberry Hill is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors via carrier, air and ground transportation, delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. Shipping is a service purchased from USPS or UPS. Please contact USPS or UPS for any shipping issues.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders cannot be marked as gifts and the actual value of the items cannot be undeclared. The recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. The Blueberry Hill assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges and has no control over such charges nor can we estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If the recipient declines to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of the order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States. Under these circumstances, we cannot consider requests for replacement shipments or refunds, including shipping fees.

All international address should be entered in English. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot consider requests for replacement shipments or refunds, including shipping fees. DELIVERY

The release of goods by The Blueberry Hill to the carrier officially constitutes delivery to the buyer. Buyer bears all risk of loss or damage to the goods once the goods have been released. All transportation, shipping, and handling charges shall be paid by the buyer unless otherwise specified. The Blueberry Hill shall use reasonable efforts to ship the goods to buyer on or before the estimated date specified.
